3. Orders and Payments

When you place an order through Fastlane:

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information
  • You are responsible for ensuring your pickup location or delivery address (if applicable) is correct
  • Payment must be made at the time of order confirmation
  • All prices are subject to change without notice
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Orders can be cancelled before preparation begins. Once an order is being prepared, cancellation may not be possible. Refunds are processed according to our refund policy and may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account.

5. Limitation of Liability

Fastlane provides WhatsApp commerce software to businesses. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or delivery of products. Any issues with product quality or delivery should be addressed directly with the business you ordered from.

Fastlane does not operate a delivery service. If delivery is provided, it is arranged by the business using trusted local runners (such as iRana or other local networks). Fastlane is not responsible for delivery operations.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
